Revert "move pathogun infect into plugin fold"

This reverts commit 35ca5caca774eb5ea517156aebdd4e95a5129d8f.

Some plugin restores cursor position. I don't want that for gitcommit
filetypes.
It also makes a lot of sense to infect vim first and do any
customisation later.
